Student - Access Creative Cloud

Hey Guys, 

i have a question, i am currently a student at Pforzheim Design School, in the first semester.

I checked my Account and realized my Student License has vanished. I am Paying The €59,49 for the first month now. Also, I have the Yearly Adobe Subscription now and i dont know if i need to pay this amount everey month.
Is there any solution to switch to the student license again? For example by showing my immatriculation Document or else?
