Subscriber - cant contact Adobe!

Hi there,

I have a major problem with my account and I cannot contact Adobe.

When I click Help Centre, there is a link at the bottom that says "Sign in to contact us". I am already signed in at this point (my logo is visible in the top right corner).

I click it and I just get redirected immediately to "Welcome to Adobe Customer Care! Need help?" (https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html) where there are only links to FAQ. There is a link at the bottom which says "Contact Us Real help from real people" - but when I click it, it just loops me back to the FAQ page (https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html).

I need to contact as I have a problem with my account. Please help!
