supprimer compte créative cloud

Bonjour,

Je souhaite supprimer ma licence adobe car j'en ai uen fournie par ma nouvelle école. Malheureusement mon compte était lié à une carte de crédit qui à expiré. 

En voulant supprimer le compte ça me m'était que c'était imposible car mon moyen de payement ne fonctionnait plus.

J'ai donc rentrer les informations de ma nouvelle carte.

Cependant je ne peux toujours pas supprimer mon compte à cause de la même erreur alors que mon moyen de payement à été éctualisé. Comment faire ?

De plus lorsque je vais sur l'application créative cloud, je ne peux pas me deconnecter pour me connecter et utiliser mon nouveaux compte. Comment faire ?
