Hi there, running the latest Creative Cloud Desktop App on macOS Big Sur 11.2.1 (20D74) and experiencing the sync stuck in loop. Not working also when moving files to the Creative Cloud Files folder. I already tried to uninstall and install again the app but still experincing the same issue.

Any idea how I can troubleshoot this?

Many thanks,

Mattia

Thank you for your help! I found out a fix with this steps:

1) Pause syncronization and quit Adobe CC desktop app;

2) Go to ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CoreSync and delete any file that has *.db (or a variation such as *.db-wal)

3) Restart macOS and theAdobe CC desktop app.
