Sync not working for Files or Fonts on Mac

Syncing for fonts and files just spins blue in the app.

Tried the removal of opm.db steps I found here, as well as the one regarding turning off passive FTP  connection. Still now dice!

Anyone else have a quick fix for this that isn't going to take hours on with customer support? Thanks!
