Sync of (deleted) file failed due to server error

Community Beginner ,

Hello

When I try to sync my Creative Cloud files then I get the following message:

"Sync of "Test BIT_Articulate 4.story" failed due to server error"

The file Test BIT_Articulate 4.story is deleted from my Creative Cloud.

So it's normal that the file can not be syncronized.

How is it possible that the system tries to syncronize a deleted file?

Sorry, but I don't find the answer in the tread.

Can I send you the log-file? Where can I find it?

I have this same question — I keep getting "unable to sync" for a specific file that has been deleted. I just want to stop getting this message about a file that isn't there anyway! All the other files are syncing properly.

So the thread @KanikaS linked above does not apply at all.
