Hi!

I found this guide about sync settings on Creative Cloud but I'm struggling to make it work: I don't have the icon at the lower-left corner neither the option for Sync Setting on my Preferences menu. (Link for the guide: Synchronize settings using Creative Cloud )

The context: I use my Creative Cloud account on my personal computer and at school. What I want is be able to log in at school with my CC account and have my workspace ready. Right now, I'm using Illustrator but I would like to have the same for the other apps too.

Is this possible?

I'll appreciate some help!

Thanks guys

Hi IRosa,

Unfortunately this is a feature which was removed (there is a note at the top of the help document you referenced, but it's easily missed).

It is still possible, but you would have to manually copy the related files between computers. These might help

How on earth could the be removed? I work on multiple locations and machines, and I have to go through the hassle of setting op workspace, importing pdf settings, ... the whole shebang.

Please make this something automatic. I expect cloud software to look/behave the same, regardless of location or machine...
