Hello, I'm on MacOs, and since I wanted to reinstall the Adobe Cloud Suite, even if I can install for example Rush, it is impossible to synchronize.
It tells me an error code that I did not find in the online help: Error 198 (screenshot).
Do you have an idea how to unblock this?

That's settled.
A complete uninstallation, cleaning with the Adobe CleanUp utility, then rebooting resulted in a new Adobe Cloud installation that works perfectly.
