Syncing files CC - options gone

All options regarding syncing files are gone from the CC desktop app (PC)
The small clouid icon, options under the gearssymbol. Nothing is there ?
What could I have happened ?

We are sorry for your difficulties as you are unable to see any sync icon in the Creative Cloud Application. Could you please let us know the version of the Creative Cloud application and OS Version?  Please share a screenshot for a more detailed description.
