Syncing issue between Desktop and laptop in XD

Hello everyone!
I use Adobe XD on iMac mainly. Once I save to creative cloud, the file is saved on iMac but does not sync on Macbook?
Any ideas on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated

I've moved this from the XD forum to the Creative Cloud forum, because it seems like a definite issue with the Creative Cloud sync on your machine. That being said, are you seeing the file when you log into https://assets.adobe.com/files? If not, it's likely you'll need to log out and log back in from your iMac. If so, you'll probably need to log out and log back in from your MacBook.

There's also a possibility you might have turned off file sync accidentally from either side, so you might want to go the ... menu in the desktop Creative Cloud client, select Preferences > Creative Cloud > Files, and make sure file syncing is turned on.

We are having the same issue as well, mostly with Adobe XD files, but it seems like it might be affecting sync issues with Creative Cloud overall.  Tried chat support as well, and they were not able to help resolve the issue.

It would be great to find out why Creative Cloud sync/collaboration has a tendency to be buggy, and require so many workarounds to keep it running smoothly. It's a critical part of how you've guided us to work collaboratively and share files/assets.

I have had a similar problem for at least 2 - 3 months and I'm surprised that Adobe could not fix it in spite of several users having the same issue. I finished my project now so the only way I could work around the problem was to zip the file and have it synced this way.

I tried deleting the file, removing it, including the online archive and putting back again, restarting CC service and rebooting the computer. All of this helped only temporarily and the issue came back after a short while.
