Target Recommender issue

When creating Target Recommendations the recommendation will display for a half a second then disappear from the page.  With A/B tests we are able to code a small time delay which resolves the issue but for Recommendations cant seem to find the option to do this.   

Does anyone else have any experience with this problem?
