I have terminated my InDesign subscription, how do I pay the invoice? Or have I paid for everything?

By termination you mean you have successfully cancelled your subscription and have the requisite proof like email to verify that your cancellation did go through. If it is so and you were not made to pay anything before cancelling then you are pretty much done. You don't have to pay anymore or better to say you are fully paid already, if applicable you will be provided with a refund, otherwise the account is closed.
