The udate of an app doesn't work : always on cancel

I wanted to update an app but the status stays on ' cancel' . See picture. I even deleted the app manually. Doesn't work. I like to install the newest versiof of the app, but how?

did you properly uninstall the previous version (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html), not delete it?

I couldn't do it properly because there was no option. See the picture in my post. It staid on ' cancel ' (in Dutch). So I had to deletel the app in the ' Finder' of my Macbook. Do you know how I can solve this problem? Because it is still on ' cancel'
