Bonjour à tous,

 

Je viens de créer un site portfolio sur mon compte.

Malheuresment, au moment de la publication de ce dernier, je me suis rendu compte que je m'étais connecter au mauvais compte : je m'étais connecter sur mon compte personnel au lieu de mon compte entreprise.

Comme je paie un abonnement que pour mon compte entreprise, il m'est impossible de publier mon portfolio.

C'est pourquoi, y aurait t-il une solution pour transferer mon portfolio que j'ai créé pour le publier via mon compte entreprise ?

No.  You must log-in to the paid account and re-create your Portfolio.  Or convert your free plan to a paid plan so you can publish it.

Contact the Adobe Portfolio support team and ask them.

If you move a personal Portfolio to your employer's subscription account, your employer owns the Portfolio content that you created because they pay the bills.

To publish your Portfolio, you must be logged-in to a paid Creative Cloud plan at home or office.

Portfolio is NOT available to K-12 Schools.
