Trying to sync to local drive but it says it's a network drive

Hi all,

I recently was added to my boss's organization with Creative Cloud sync. Prior to this I was syncing using my individual account but we decided it made more sense to consolidate and have me under her account.

However, once I logged into this new account I went to add a location for the files to go and it gives me an error message--"Sync is not supported on network locations. Please choose a different folder."

The thing is, this ISN'T a network location. It's just a SSD I'm plugging into my computer. It worked perfectly fine for the last year. And it doesn't work when I log into my personal account and try to re-add the drive, either, even though it WAS working fine.

I tried formatting the drive and I tried using Creative Cloud Cleaner to uninstall and reinstall everything and I'm still getting the same problem. It's very frustrating.

I'm on an M1 MacBook Pro running Ventura 13.0.1.

I appreciate any help you can give me.

Thanks!
