I am working in Photoshop and i have always had acess to my downloaded pictures on creative cloud.

Now it says "If you want to use creative clouds library you need to log in"

But the problem is that i am logged in.

And i cant see any of my pictures i have downloaded before - all is gone!

When i try to download a new is says "contact your local creative cloud team"  what do i do?

Hi Evelina,

I would go here and ensure your membership is listed correctly and shows as active to start with

Adobe ID

If it isn't I'd reach out to the administrator of your team membership to ensure they've assigned you a license.

After that, ensure you are logged into whatever app you're using the Libraries within with your Adobe ID from the help menu and ensure that file sync is turned on within the Creative Cloud desktop app.

Let me know if this helps or if you need more details.

Thanks,

- Dave

Thank you, i had problems today too.

It says "your city dont support online licenses - try to log in" when i

try to download a picture from adobestock.

And i am already logged in.

Can you see what the problem is?
