Unable to Download some files from Cloud Storage

Hi

I have uploaded some video files, ranging in size from a few 100MB to a few GB.

When I get a link to send to somebody to download, sometimes the download button doesn't work.

I've tried it myself, and the download button goes grey but nothing happens.

When they work I get a message saying it's downloading and I see the download happening.

Can't work out why some can download and others can't

Can anyone help?
