Thank you for reaching out to us. Could you please let us know if you sign in to Creative Cloud and Acrobat with the same email account? Also if you want to see the same files, you have to log in with the same Adobe Account in which the subscription is active.
You might have to change plan and use a single account for both and this will show you same storage as well.
