Since the update to Creative Cloud App, I have been unable to clear the error message. I get a message that asks to either Turn Off File Sync, Retry or Restore. In either case, Creative Cloud will create a new Creative Cloud Folder with the old folders saved as "Creative Cloud Files (1), (2)", etc. Any help on clearing this without uninstalling and reinstalling each program?

Hello,
I followed the article steps and that did not resolve the issue. Any other suggestions? When I logged onto my computer this morning, there were 3 additional "Creative Cloud Files (unknown)" folders created. The oldest being my original one with my files. I still cannot get the Creative Cloud App to load sync location.

I would request you to Contact Customer Care where the agent can remote into your machine and fix the issue.
