Hi, I've been having issues with my Creative Cloud as it can't sync the library and get an error code 118. It also said that my PC appeared offline but my wifi connection is stable, tried using other connection too but still doesn't work. I tried uninstall and reinstalling it but the issue persists. Also tried to do something with the firewall and stuffs, but still doesn't work. Is there any other methods I can try to fix it? Thank you.

just using the the one on the windows security one. i might've done something to block photoshop networks or something on windows defender firewall but it's only on photoshop one i think. was that something that may cause the problem? if so, how to return it back to default since i can't seem to remember where it is. thank you

I tried all this. Still have the error. My internet connection works fine. I have no firewall, no anti-virus (besides what Windows forces), np VPN, nothing at all. Used the cleaner, removed everything, fixed the hosts file, rebooted, anything. And still an error. I can't mail Adobe (you'd expect they had an e-mail option for these prices), only AI chat and some agent that can't fix it. Can't this really be solved? I really have no solution other than cancelling my subscription and going for GIMP or something. This is absurd. Anyone able to sovle this?

I digged in Windows something deeper and once I disabled Window's default antivirus and firewall, it worked! Disabling the firewall takes some steps as it seems to be available in the classic control panel only, see https://www.solveyourtech.com/how-to-disable-firewall-on-windows-11-a-step-by-step-guide/
