Good day,

I'm running a 2021 iMac, with Big Sur 11.6, I've recently upgraded to Sophos Home Premium.

I have a red warning triangle on my CC menu cloud icon, on clicking through to CC I see an eoor that states "File Syncing Error"

Some files failed to sync

Learn more says :

Unable to sync "0"

I've tried

   1. Pause and re-sync

   2. Disable Sophos

   3. Uninstall Sophos - still got files issue

   4. Uninstall CC (that was a worry as I lost Photoshop for a while phew!!)

   5. Checked the CC is not full

   6. Checked CC does not have too many files

I still have the file sync issue - assistance required

Thanks for responding @kglad

Tried what you suggested, but no change to the symptoms. Further investigation threw up that files deleted from my machine, but present on the cloud, was the issue. During my previous investigations I'd deleted the files from my machine, but it hadn't solved the issue. Somewhere during the investigation the original issue must have been fixed, but hidden by the deleted file situation.
