Unable to transfer User Profile to Another Device.

Im currently trying to copy over my workspaces, presets, preferences and keyboard shortcuts to another device with adobe. For some reason I dont see a "Profile-Name" or a Premiere Pro Version "22.0" on the second device so im unable to transfer this. I've tried to re-install and straight up just copy all the files over but none of my preferences and settings are loading onto the new premiere pro instance. There is a button to "Use settings from a different account" but that doesnt even work. Anybody have a solution?

you should install the cc desktop app on your other device and use it to install your cc apps/trials.  preferences etc you can manually transfer.
