Hello,

I received multiple texts this morning from different phone numbers providing a verification code for logging in to Adobe - see the attached image. Though the multiple numbers may be a sign of spam, I am curious if there is any way to 1) see if they managed to get in and 2) prevent this from happening again. Thank you in advance.

They probably didn't get in, as you did not provide the code to them. The code is sent before the password is asked, so there is no chance to breach in. They have, however, your Adobe id (e-mail). You could (or should) contact Adobe customer care. They can look into the login attempts. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.

If someone or something is triggering the 2 step verification system, it might be prudent for you to change your log-in ID (primary email) and password just in case.
