Update bug Adobe Creative Cloud Indesign 19.3

I've noticed an issue with Adobe Creative Cloud updates, after the check updates button moved recently one extra level of clicks out of the way. I kept clicking check updates and nothing was there. But then I realised InDesign 19.3 was the one available in cc apps - but "about InDesign" showed I had 19.2 installed. I've just been able to install 19.3 by navigating to it and clicking install, but it never came up in auto updates or when I clicked check updates. Running Mac OS Sonoma 14.3.1 on Apple Mac Studio M1 Max.

Now I've installed it all my customisations have disappeared (like window > workspace pallette locations etc)
