3 days ago, the company moved the users accounts to a new server, which led to the loss of some customer data. I contacted Adobe Help, but they did not respond, until this moment the accounts were still there and I could see them, but now these accounts have disappeared and this message appears to me “Oops We can't find that page." Please help me in this matter or tell me that these accounts still exist and will be returned. Please, this matter is a matter of life or death. please need help !!!!
Thank you very much for your participation and that you are trying to help me, but the Behance support center is the worst support center I have ever seen. I don't know how this center is linked to the most sensitive sections for users and artwork owners!! I am now going through the worst and most difficult days of my life because one of my users lost all the work he worked hard on throughout his life. Can you imagine the extent of the damage he has done to himself and his family? The Behance Support Center does not treat artists as highly as it should be.
