My iOS won't install the creative cloud app.. it downloads then shows the download from cloud repeatedly.. Won't install the app. iPhone 11 Pro Max. Software 15.6.1

I didn't have a problem at the time with my iPhone 6, I do not have a problem with my iPhone 12 (16.1.2).
Do you have enough free memory?
What is the “download from cloud”?
