What an old Macbook user can do with Creative Cloud CC 2021?

Hi Community,

My old Macbook(13-inch, Late 2009) with macOS Sierra Version(10.12.3), I can't downlaod most of the graphic design softwares(error codes: 400a6ccf-9b09-4128-8646-233ff8e1428b); my laptop can only upgrade to macOS High Sierra (10.13), but it seems required macOS Mojave (10.14) for those software (e.g. Ps, Ai, Id, Lr, Br) As the Adobe service told me there's no older versions... can be provided by Adobe? And I pay every month..... Can u help me with this problem?

open your cc desktop app > click file > preferences > apps and enable "show older apps".

I upgrade to macOS High Sierra (10.13.6) lasnight, it's almost kill my old macbook, that's why I didn't upgrade for a long time... Adobe let me download Photoshop (21.2.5 instead of the newest version 22.2), Illustrator (24.3, not the newest version 25.2), Bridge (10.1.1 not newest version 11.0.1)etc. I think this is all I can hav atm...

I havn't try them, dono if it works well at macOS 10.13, hope new version won't burn the laptop or I hav to search the old version near CC 2017.

you're welcome (and you should be offered the latest version compatible with your os if you followed my suggestion).

If what kglad showed you doesn't get you programs old enough to run, try this

When you do have a download, be sure to copy it to AT LEAST one external device
-since Adobe does sometimes remove old versions from the server
-a usb flash drive or hard drive, or write to a DVD
