What does the red exclamation mark on my CC menu bar icon mean?

I keep getting a red exclamation point on my CC menu bar icon.  If I click on any menu item in CC it disappears.

Anyone have any insight?

I found out that it means that the Adobe Server is "busy"  (i.e., not working).  You can still login, but won't be able to use the syncing from cloud features.

What's odd is that there isn't an update when it isn't busy... so restart the computer and you might not see it again.

Isn't Adobe cute? They are almost a software company.
