I've had this problem for YEARS! Why the hell do I need to contact Adobe support manually to add more than 1TB of storage to my Adobe Cloud Storage? Why isn't this an option to click on from any of their apps. Seriously, just charge me the extra $10/mo or whatever. I want to pay it because I have a ton of photos and videos to back up. Why do they make it so difficult? It's a holiday weekend and I just hit my max and there's absolutely nothing I can do until Tuesday.
Adobe has been in the tech business for decades and they can't figure this out? Insane.

did you try this? Upgrade your Creative Cloud storage (adobe.com)
if this fails for you, you can still probably get adobe support help today (sunday):
using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com....
p.p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
