Where does the data usage of my cloud come from?

Hello dear Adobe community,

I have the following problem: My Adobe cloud always shows that it is 30% (30GB out of a total of 100GB) occupied. However, I don't understand where these numbers / values come from. All of my folders that I can view in the cloud are completely empty and I have completely disabled synchronization. a) Where can I see exactly what the 30GB of data consists of? b) How can I permanently delete this data? For security reasons, I don't want to keep any personal data in the cloud, only on my own drives / media.

I hope you can help me.

Many greetings
Cyber Steve

Cloud storage has it's own system files which take up some space.  Also deleting files is a 2-step process.
