where is creative cloud files desktop

Hello.

Trying to set up some collaboration with a collegue. I have created a cc library collaboration which works great. I also set up a folder share, which I did from my creative cloud files on my mac desktop. On my PC I also see creative cloud files.

My collegue however does not see creative cloud files in her favourites in windows, also under creative cloud icon on the desktop under the gears icon there is no creative cloud files, where as I do.

She updated to the latest CC today, so we are a bit stumped why she does not see CC files?

Any ideas.
