Where is Portfolio?

A few nights ago I messed around with Portfolio, adding some pics etc, now I can't find Portfolio through Creative Cloud, where is it?

To find PF in your Creative Cloud desktop app requires more effort.  Click on Design & Layout category. See screenshot.
