Who can view my creative cloud

if someone knows my name and email can they view my creations from my creative cloud, also are my creations in my creative cloud private and if I wanted to make them public (which I do not) how would I do this? Thank you 

 

also what are libraries and are they private?

 

sorry for all the questions, I'm new to photoshop and creating!

No. They would need access to your Creative Cloud log-in ID and password (which would be a very BAD idea for security reasons). Do not give your log-in ID & password to anyone!!!

 

Sharing content is different.

 

Most paid Creative Cloud plans come with a free Portfolio website for showcasing examples of your work online.
