I have a CC folder that's like a "normal" desktop folder, which is where most of my work is.
There is another CC folder, accessed via the CC interface.
Why?
Asking because I want to make my primary CC folder available on my PC, and I can only see the folder in the CC interface.
Any help appreciated.

Hi Nancy,
I have two distinct CC folders, both of which sync individually;
One is located in my personal folder (on Mac); the other is accessable via the CC interface or by logging in online.
Further... when I go to the CC Application on my laptop, and try to view files, it shows an error; when I click on the cloud in the upper right, it shows that it's properly syncing, and when I hit the "open sync folder" under Launch in the lower left, it opens the desktop version of my folders (which contain all my working files).
File size for CC folder from within the CC app shows 58gb used, which relates to my desktop folder, not the "CC Folder" online.
Further, when trying to upload a PNG to CC app Files,
hmmm...

Do you have access to more than one Creative Cloud account?

.
Hi Nancy-
Nope, just one... : )
I'm mainly confused about why the CC app interface says "Your Files", but they are separate from the folder that opens (with different files) when I click to launch "Open sync folder" in the lower left of the CC app window.

I would reinstall Creative Cloud desktop app. First use the Cleaner Tool below to wipe old files from your system.

Failing that, contact tech support.
