Why do I get the Alert sign in my task bar?

Why do I get this alert sign when everything is synced and up to date?

We're sorry for the delay. Are you still encountering the issue? To assist you better, would you mind telling us about the version of the operating system you are using? Are you using a computer Administrator account with full read/write permission? What Creative Cloud version are you using?

Please ensure that the Creative Cloud Desktop Application is updated. Try signing out and then signing in again. You may also try to restart the computer and check if that helps.
