it says, 'Confirmation: We have received your Photography plan (20 GB) payment'.
but to remedy, if everything else is in english (including your account info, https://account.adobe.com), using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

Hi, thank you for the replies. The emails are coming from address firstname.lastname@example.org.
I managed to contact the Adobe support. They changed some setting in their system. We will seee in a month if it is fixed now.
