Why is there no costumer service?

Why in the world is there no help to find, no chat, no phone to talk to people about what they have sold me. What if I want my question to be private? No of course not. I am sitting here very irritated over not finding a thing on this website. It is useless. what is the point with the community? What is the point of not giving any service for your products? You are giving normal people the work instead so you don't have to hire people and pay them for the job?

I WANT HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
