Hi,
I have a Behance account since 2009 ( behance.net/sonny_nguyen ). But since Dec 2022, no one can view my profile anymore? It even seems does not exist when some one enter my Behance URL (plz see the attached files).
I still can login my account but only me can view my profile/projects. All of my projects become private. Someone plz tell my what's wrong with my account?

I added my behance URL as well https://www.behance.net/sonny_nguyen
And of course, only me can view my profile after I logged in. And the attached file is what other people see.

ie, make sure your site is NOT password protected. your settings should look like:

Hi @satisfied_Sunshine6C13, how long did you have to wait before Behance restored your account? The same thing happened to me, I've contacted them but I still haven't received any answer

Only Behance can help with Behance matters.
Be patient and check your email spam & trash folder for a reply.
If after 10 business days you don't hear anything, send a follow-up.
