Wie Kündige ich mein Abo zum nächst möglichen zeitpunkt?

Guten Tag , ich habe ein Jahres Abo von Adobe und würde es gerne zum nächstmöglichen zeitpunkt kündigen. Und wenn ich auf "Abo Kündigen" gehe muss ich einen hohen betrag zahlen und breche dann den vorgang ab dabei möchte ich mein Abo zum Januar kündigen in dem 1 Jahr vorüber sind.

Muss ich mich dazu an den Support wenden oder wann kann ich zum nächst möglichen zeitpunkt kündigen?

you can cancel but, if you have a one year commitment/subscription and you're cancelling before completing that year, you'll be charged for 1/2 the cost of the remaining months.

Thank you but I wanted to know how to cancel as soon as possible, speaks I would like to cancel now for January.

if you want to cancel asap, click the cancel subscription option on your account and pay your penalty.

if you want to notify adobe that you want to cancel 01/01/2023, there's no way to do that via adobe.  ie, put a reminder on your mobile device or some other calendar.
