Will Creative Cloud Work on Older Macbooks?

I'm thinking about buying a refurbished Macbook Pro A1398 from around 2013. Will this be able to run the current version of Adobe Creative Cloud?

I will mention one more thing that you should keep in mind.   Creative Cloud expects you to be on the latest operating system -- no more than 2 versions back.  Currently, that is macOS Catalina or Mojave.  Tomorrow, that will change to Big Sur and Catalina.  Can an older Macbook Pro run Big Sur and whatever Apple releases next year and the year after?
