Wrong Cloud Storage Consumed

New Here ,
May 18, 2021 May 18, 2021

I deleted some files to my iMac's trash bin and supposedly my Creative Cloud storage only has around 5 GB used. But weirdly, when I checked the cloud storage, it says it consumed 90.7 GB out of 100 GB, which this left me speechless. Did I miss something, or there is a tech hidden problem? What should I do to resolve this?

open your web cc page and empty the trash if you no longer want the ability to restore delete cloud files.

I did this and it still says my storage is 93 gigabytes full. I have Lightroom photos but there's no way it's 93 gigabytes worth.

I talked to support, they said it's an internal error. Thanks anyway.
