I've now hit this issue as well. Can log in okay but can't access the invoices for printing. "Safari Can't Connect to the Server", server is anyware.adobe.com. This is on an Apple Mac using either Safari or Chrome, with ad blockers removed.

Any help?

Which Mac OS do you have?

Does your browser support secure TLS 1.2 connections?

Without TLS 1.2, you can't connect to Adobe's servers for security reasons.  You might try using another modern browser — desktop Chrome or Firefox.

Also your browser MUST accept cookies and have JavaScript enabled.
