XD Files in Web Browser - Only 'Delete' Option Available

Hi guys,

We've recently switched from Photoshop to XD for UI design.

Our designers sync their files from the desktop and our developer accesses them through his browser. Previously he's been able to download PSDs using the link in  browser, but the XD files we've uploaded only have the option to 'delete' ('no download', 'share', 'rename', etc.)

This only seems to be the case with XD files, all other file types appear to be fine. Has anyone else had this problem or am I missing something related to file permissions or simliar?

Thanks!

Did you ever figure out a solution for this? We're having the same issue.

One of my colleagues contacted them directly and apparently that's just how it works - there is no fix.

My team builds the experience at assets.adobe.com, we're aware of this issue, and we are waiting on the underlying services to deliver this functionality for us to adopt. They are actively working on this now, and we expect to introduce this functionality soon. In the meantime, you can have your developers pick up the files directly from their sync'd creative cloud folder on their machine instead of going to web.
