You don't have access to manage apps and Configs folder doesn't exist in CC.

Hi!

I just downloaded the creative cloud to install lightroom on my mac book, but at the apps tab it says: You don't have access to manage apps. I found how to change ServiceConfig.xml, but I could not find the Configs map under  /Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE. Thank you for your help in advance 🙂

Try the following

  • Exit Creative Cloud Desktop app
  • Rename the OOBE folder
  • Relaunch Creative Cloud Desktop app. It should create the folder and its subfolders as well
