Active student membership, but apps are still in trial mode

Hi, 

 

I am having an issue with my adobe creatve suite. I currently have an active student membership paying $21.99 a month, but even though the membership is active my apps are showing up as trials. 

 

If I go through with the trial, after 7 days I am asked to buy the apps - even if I tried to purchase them again - it wont let me as I already have the active account.

 

I have tried so far to log in an out as well as make sure all the apps are to up to date and so fourth, any help will be greatly appreciated.
