Adobe Cloud as an image catalog

I'm looking at using Adobe Cloud as a way that I can allow people outside my company to view and download digital assets (product images, logos, etc). From what I've looked at, it looks like a promising solution.

The only downfall is that I wish there was the capably to add keywords to photos so that people could search for specific tags.

Is this a possibility?
