Hello Adobe,

My desktop-app won't synchronize with the Cloud since two days. I already tried:

– restarting computer
– restarting desktop-app
– log-off en log-on in desktop-app

I am working in a team and we have a deadline coming close.

I am working on a Mac with Yosemite.

Hi,

Have you tried updating to the latest version of Creative Cloud?. Version 2.1.1.110 can be downloaded from Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free Adobe CC trial or from the Creative Cloud application as an update.

Thanks

Warner

Having the same issue.  Won't sync files after latest update.

Got it working yesterday for a brief time.  (Turned sync off, restarted app, turned sync back on)

Today its duplicating all my CC files on the HD for some reason...

LATEST

I had contact with the support of Adobe and I had to reinstall the Cloud-application logged in as a different admin account on my Mac. After setting the Cloud folder to my usual account home folder it works again. I only had to set the Cloud-application manually to autostart.

I am still curious what caused this strange work around.

@wharress: I had the latest version installed
