Adobe Creative Cloud Version 5.3.1.470
Operating System: Windows 10 - 64 Version 20H2
My Adode Creative Cloud will not complete File Sync. It says "File syncing" (with never ending spinning wheel). I left it alone for about 2 hours and it never stopped spinning. Tried quitting CC. Tried restarting my computer several times. No issues with Wifi or Ethernet as both are working properly.
Just started having this issue today and it's only on my desktop. My laptop has synced fine.
Looking for help.

It's unfortunate that you are facing the issue after quiting CC and restarting your computer. Could you please to try the steps mentioned below:
If you still face the issue after trying above steps, then please share logs after running Log Collector Tool
