Haven't seen any resolutions for this. I have an old ipad and want to transfer my adobe ideas drawings to my creative cloud or into my new adobe draw app.
When I attempt to sync the files, the "sync process" just says "Awaiting Connection"
I've tried everything. If I dump the app then I will not be able to download "Ideas" since it's discontinued.
‌iI've been having the same issue too. I can't seems to find any info anywhere about a fix - or when I do it's back from 2014. Hope this gets fixed..
