Adobe Portofolio image cover video

hello to the community,
I am currently building our new site.
I started on the theme Hegen by looking at this portfolio:

As you can see on the home page this portfolio uses video as the cover image. I didn't find the solution to put a video as a cover image. Can you help me?

That site uses multiple animated GIFs, not videos.
